They are “team players” who communicate closely with patients, caregivers, families, doctors, nurses, social workers, case managers, community resources, facility personnel, other health professionals, and referral resources.
Total Rehabilitation, Inc was founded in 1995 by five therapists who had worked together since 1980. As a group, the owners had over 100 years of clinical experience in treating patients, supervising therapists and academic students, and interacting with both professional organizations and community resources.
